Oral absorption of a single dose of zolatinib reached an average of 4~6 hours. Two doses of 250 mg of clozotinib per day were administered twice. The steady blood concentration was achieved and maintained within 15 days. The average cumulative rate was 4.8. When the dose exceeded the dose range of 200-300 mg twice a day, the increase of Cmin and AUC was slightly higher than that of dose.
The average absolute bioavailability of clozotinib was 43% (range: 32% - 66%) after a single oral dose of 250 mg.
High fat diet can reduce the AUCinf and Cmax of kazatinib by about 14%. Kazzinib can be served with or without food
