Tandutinib is a new oral small molecule multi-target receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor developed by Millennium Pharmaceutical Company, which belongs to a synthetic piperaquinazoline derivative. It can inhibit receptor tyrosine kinase, including FMS-like tyrosine kinase-3 (FLT-3), PDGFR and stem cell factor receptor (c-KitR). Tanitinib inhibited the phosphorylation of FLT - 3. In a phase I clinical trial, 40 patients with AML and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) were treated with tandidinib orally. The results showed that the maximum tolerable dose (MTD) was 525 mg (bid) and showed certain activity. Currently, tanitinib has entered the two phase of clinical research.
