Si Di Knibb (Cediranib) is also called AZD2171, the trade name recentin.

Pharmacological action: Cidinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor of pan-vascular endothelial growth factor (pan-VEGF) receptor. It mainly inhibits VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2, VEGFR-3 and PDGFR. Sildenib can inhibit three kinds of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) receptors, act on blood vessels and lymphatics, and play an anti-angiogenesis role.

Physical properties: yellowish powder. It is soluble in methanol, ethyl acetate and dichloromethane, and is insoluble in water. The solubility in DMSO is 10mmol/L.
